Refund policy
Band Plan doesn't sell any product or service at the moment. Everything on bandplan.online is free to read, and nobody should ever ask you to pay to access it.
If a paid product is offered in the future
- You may cancel within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, as provided by Article 49 of Brazil's Consumer Defence Code, and within any longer period required where you live.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method through the payment processor, usually within 10 working days of the request being approved. Your bank may take longer to show it.
- To ask for a refund, email [email protected] with the purchase email and the order reference.
Payments made to someone else
If someone took payment from you claiming to represent Band Plan, it wasn't us. Contact your bank or card issuer and let us know at the address above.
