The only way to reach Band Plan is email: [email protected]. There is no phone line, chat widget or postal address for correspondence.
Useful things to include
- The page you're writing about, if any.
- What you think is wrong, missing or unclear.
- For privacy requests, the word “Privacy” in the subject line and the email address the request concerns.
When you'll hear back
Messages are answered in order, usually within three working days. We can't review business plans, recommend specific platforms for your situation, or give tax or legal advice by email.
Band Plan will never ask you for a password, a payment, or card details by email. If a message claiming to be from us does, don't reply to it.
