A reference, not a pitch.
Band Plan is a small, independent reference about adding a modest second income to a week that already has a full-time job in it. It is written in plain English for adults who want to look at the idea calmly before committing any evenings to it.
Why a radio
A band plan is the chart radio operators use to agree which part of the dial is for what. It seemed a fair way to think about a week: most of it is already allocated, and what's left is narrow and needs to be used on purpose. The dial at the top of every page is the same idea in miniature.
How the station log is put together
- We describe kinds of work, not specific companies. When a platform is mentioned in a note, it is as an example, not an endorsement.
- Each entry records the time window a kind of work needs, what it asks of you, and how much friction it tends to bring.
- We don't print earnings figures. Pay depends on country, platform, experience and luck, and a single number would mislead more people than it would help.
- Entries are reviewed when readers write in with corrections, and the date on each page changes when we do.
What Band Plan doesn't do
- It doesn't sell courses, coaching, software or starter kits.
- It doesn't publish testimonials or success stories.
- It doesn't give personal financial, tax or legal advice. For those, speak to a qualified professional where you live.
